Hi Serge
I just wanted to say that Chris and Brent did a great job.
I normally hate having people doing work in the house. But I hardly knew they were here.
Chris presents himself as a professional and I had great trust in him. He never asked questions - he just got to it and got the work done.
Also I had no cleanup after - I love the way he leaves his boots outside - respecting my house!!!!
Thanks for a stressless job guys.

Hi Serge, I just want to pass along how pleased I was with the service provided by Chris today. He knows what he is talking about and has the skills to explain how everything should work. He is a great ambassador for Moore & Russell. He found a wire disconnected.
Anyway, please pass along to Chris how much we appreciated all his support. He even said he was going to call me on Monday to see if everything is working as it should.

A note of thanks!
Having made the decision to replace our 30 years-old Lennox furnace I finally chose your company to do the work. Not being in the profession I found it difficult to choose from the top brands . I made my decision based on that I had been very satisfied with the reliability of our old Lennox furnace, that Moore & Russell was a local company of good size with a solid background, and that Jim provided the best sales information and detailed quote compared to the other three venders I selected. Following the installation I feel satisfied I made the right choice.
In particular I would like to commend Brent for his excellent workmanship and high level of custom care. It was obvious he has a keen interest in his work and is very knowledgeable. But most importantly it showed he took pride in his work and made sure the job was done right.
Only time will tell if the furnace will be as reliable as our old one, but from what I learned during the installation I believe the Lennox furnace is a quality product and therefore I am encouraged that the unit will serve us well, with the maintenance done by your company.
