We had an excellent experience with Moore and Russell installing our new high-efficiency furnace and air conditioner. From start to finish, their service was outstanding.

The person who came out to provide the quote (Jansen) was incredibly thorough and personable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and the quote itself was competitive with no surprises along the way.

On installation day, the Moore and Russell team (led by Scott who was top notch) were all absolutely incredible. They arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. The final installation looks extremely professional and complete.

They were also very respectful of our space. Our mechanical room doubles as a storage area, and they thoughtfully worked around everything without making it an issue. When they finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and left everything spotless.

Another standout feature was the company’s software, which lets you know exactly when the technicians are arriving and even allows you to track them in real time. It made planning the day so much easier.

Overall, the entire experience was seamless and professional. I would highly recommend Moore and Russell to anyone looking for heating or cooling installation.

Scheduled a normal furnace check up and an issue was discovered. Nick was great as he reached out to for support to arrange for a replacement furnace - we were very fortunate to have a replacement installed same day.

We were VERY impressed with Jimmy W’s workmanship! We’ve had several others try to troubleshoot our heat pump issues with no luck. Jimmy took the time to listen to our concerns then systematically figure out what was wrong and corrected the problem. Great fellow, we are so appreciative that he was the one who was sent to our home. We will ask for him again in the future.
